Looking for an EDI provider is a lot like looking for a dentist. You really aren't looking forward to embarking on this new adventure but you absolutely need it, especially if you are dealing with a larger customer who requires it. ACTData was referred to me by our investment team (Mark Cuban Companies) as a great place to start because they can help you onboard, get going, and ship out orders pretty seamlessly for a reasonable price. Sounds too good to be true?
I'm about 24 months in and I've yet to have a SINGLE issue, I've messed up on my end at least 20 times, and I've referred a bunch of friends/colleagues who were looking for a similar service.
