First formed as LDJ Electronics Incorporated a world leading manufacturer of measuring and control equipment for the magnetic materials industry in 1970. Computer Division formed in 1982, as we recognized the need for an integrated system for all data processing. Actively participated in forming of Automotive Industry Action Group and integrating AIAG EDI specifications into our software.
At the heart of AIM Vision, our primary modular-based ERP software solution for automotive suppliers, are EDI and bar code labeling applications. They include embedded business logic for more than 450 OEM and sub tier trading partners with more than 1,800 AIAG standardized bar code label formats. AIM Vision provides seamless business processing with no mapping required.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is the exchange of business information using a standard format which allows one company to securely send documents to another company. AIM handles all ANSI ASC X.12, UN/EDIFACT, Odette and VDA formats through various protocols for OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 and sub-tiers.
