On 12/08/2009 I ordered a computer item (Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250 TV Tuner), confirmation number 91091819D9 from "All About Computers" owned / operated by a Jonas Lee Snow, 1539 Halfacre Rd, Russell Springs, KY 42642. I paid $104.00 through the U.S. Postal Service via personal check # 2365. I never received the item and the telephone number has a business recording (never answered) by which you cannot leave any messages. I have sent an email weekly since January 2010 with no resolution.
