I have been relying on Alpha Computer for approximately 12 years for my computer needs and issues. The service has always been excellent and reasonably priced. Paul is courteous, talented and honest.

Over the years, I have purchased custom built desktop computers and have had the owner repair several PCs. Service is fast and prices are very reasonable.

I stopped in because I just simply needed a few SATA cables for my home NAS server as I was adding a RAID array to it. The shop owner hooked me up with a few SATA cables for a decent price. Thanks!

Great deals on new and used PCs. I was a regular customer back in the 1990s and this weekend I had an urgent need for a desktop system and was thrilled to see the same owner working on a Saturday. he hooked me up with a super system at a reasonable price.

Very Disappointed and a waste of $600.00. Brought in two laptops to have repaired. Sent one to my son in Michigan only to have it go blue screen. I have finally asked my oldest son to start up the other one and guess what. No Bueno. I have been staring at a screen for 1.2 hour easily stating it is working on features. 100% complete Don't turn off your computer. NEVER AGAIN.

My tablet would not turn on I had taken it to a repair shop in Havertown on Eagle Road. From the moment I arrived at the store there were problems. The guy who was opening had forgotten the key and could not open the store. He asked me to come back later. I did. Then he said no one in the tri- state area fixes tablets. He would have to send it to Ohio.

It would take 3 to 5 weeks to just look at it and a cost of $65.00 and still couldn't promise a fix. I took the tablet back and kept looking. I found alpha computers in Great Valley and was totally satisfied with the whole experience. He quoted me a price and stuck to that promise. My tablet works great. I highly recommend this company.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! They've recovered files off a hard drive that went bad and most recently saved my 1 year old laptop that was terribly slow. It runs amazingly well now. I love it! And all for a fair price. Smart and honest people. Look no further.

I've purchased quite a few parts there and also had them do some repairs that I couldn't. Also bought a great desktop from them back in '01 that's still alive and kicking. Always great service. Can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed.
