Well I started out at another computer shop in Belfast who told me they could install new drives and migrate my original files and PROGRAMS onto the new drives so my computer would come back to me fully operational. Well when I got it it just had two files containing my raw data with all my programs gone. When I called the tech was rude and told me what I wanted couldn't be done.

I called Belfast Computers and they told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. In no time they did what the other company was paid to do but failed. Belfast Computer even stuck with me as we worked out a few bugs after the migration. Be careful where you take your computer! If you want a truly professional job and done at a more then fair price BELFAST COMPUTER is the place to go! They have earned all our business from here on out! THANKS SO MUCH GUYS! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Went above and beyond to try to solve the issue I had with backed up files

They are wonderful and do great work. Explain all details and always have a smile. Ryan is awesome. Very fast and great work.

These guys are GOOD. Needing a new hard drive with a six-year old computer that had many important files, Ryan identified the problem, saved and transfered the files to a new solid state hard drive and completed the work 4-hours after the computer was brought in. Price was more then reasonable and my computer now works faster then when it was new - the skill-set demonstrated by Belfast Computers beyond reproach. Highest recommendations! John & Diane

I'm an old guy now, have spend my entire working life on the software side of computers in NYC, and have been supported by legions of computer systems and hardware specialists. After encountering a computer problem I was unable to deal with here in Belfast and knowing no one I could turn to, I flipped a coin as to who to take my machine to. But it was my lucky day.

I have nothing but superlatives for Ryan and Joe at Belfast Computers who diligently worked the issue, found the problem, and clearly communicated the cause. So I got by my emergency, but even better, I found a support team I can comfortably rely on going forward.

Great place and very trustworthy! If they think you are better off buying new, they tell you. Their rates are reasonable.

Unfortunately I cannot give them 0 stars, which is what they deserve. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was very rude to me. Everything you DO NOT WANT in customer service. acting like my questions were stupid and wasting his time. No wonder I never see anyone at this store. Don't shop here, go somewhere else. Your product will likely be cheaper and you won't have to deal with whatever grumpy punk is behind the counter.

I had an issue with my laptop, and they took the time to troubleshoot the issue, and helped me resolve it over the phone. Fantastic customer service, and the first Computer shop I will call from now on! Thank you again!
