I bought this for my husband for our 11th wedding anniversary. He's been looking for a computer/tablet rugged enough to handle the environment of his woodshop as well as detachments. He is use to the Toughbook platform, using CF-31's in the military. So when he saw that there was a 2 in 1 Toughbook, he could not stop hinting how this mighty little computer was "thee one".
Boy is it ever! I'm kind of jealous of how nice this thing is! It meets all his requirements and is fast as lightning. It also has the added feature of a contactless CAC reader and the ability to add a SIM card, which has been extremely nice to have internet on the go, wherever there's 4g cell service.

Founded in 1996, Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff Inc. began as a small e-store selling ink cartridges and computer parts. Bob was born and raised in South Texas and lived in New Jersey for 19 years. He moved to Delaware in 2002, where he now resides with his wife. In 1997, combining his sales experience (having previously worked in real estate) and his technical expertise, Bob started what would become Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff, Inc. out of his basement, selling on eBay.
Every major player in the computer hardware market has at least one line of premium, well-made laptops. A bit sturdier than their entry-level counterparts, one might casually drop the word "rugged" in reference to a Dell XPS, Apple MacBook Pro or Lenovo ThinkPad. While those are nice, consumer-grade laptops, we're talking about something entirely different.
Introduced in 1997, the Panasonic Toughbook line of laptop computers is the original rugged mobile device. Today, it continues to set the standard for rugged computing. While many PC manufacturers have attempted to challenge it, none have surpassed the Toughbook series in terms of performance and military grade durability.

I bought a CF-31 MK3. It arrived ahead of time and in great condition. It looks like a new computer. Even the battery life is much better than I expected, much longer than my other newer laptops. I have been using it for over one month. Everything has been great. You don't see this type of solid laptop anymore now. The technician I contacted before shipping was very thoughtful and helpful, knowledgeable of course. Great experience and a great product really made in Japan.

I just recently researched and bought a Panasonic CF-F9 business-rugged toughbook laptop. I just received it in the mail a few days ago. I sent several questions beforehand and they were answered them the next day. Their customer service is great. I am still learning to use this laptop. I would recommend buying from them. They care about veterans, seniors and students. They stand behind their products.

After contacting several online computer stores that sell refurbished computers it was decided very quickly Bob's was the store of choice! The online chat was very efficient in answering my questions and very knowledgeable with computers and the products they sell. Customer Service was exceptional!
