Pick up and drop off
Computer was picked up at the specified time and was returned the next day. The power supply was replaced and the computer works again. Couldn't ask for more!

Needed my computer cleaned out from years of use and that is what was done. Jamie performed a thorough cleaning of Windows and the actual computer case itself. He suggested I replace the case fan which I went ahead and did as per his advice. All in all I am very pleased.

Honestly, this is the first time I have been pleased with a computer repair. Not only are Jaime's prices exceptional for the level of service he provides, his diagnostic fee is applied towards the necessary service. When I heard that a new hard drive installed would cost me $200, I thought the total was going to be $275. ($75 diagnostic plus the $200 for the hard drive) Turns out the $75 diagnostic is applied towards the service so it only ended up costing me a total of $200. He is one of Bridgewater's best!

Jaime repaired my laptop screen and hard drive for me in January of 2010. After asking around, no one would work on my Lenovo laptop. His work was exceptional and he answered all of my questions. I wouldn't have any hesitations referring him to my friends and family.‎

My computer slowed to a crawl and was in desperate need of service. I called Jaime on Saturday morning and he picked up my computer a couple of hours later. Sunday morning he returned my computer virus free and had installed various programs including an antivirus program to help prevent future infections. He is awesome, I will definitely use him again. I consider myself to know very little about computers. I hired Jaime to set up my new computer and teach me the basics about computing.
