After being a GeekSquad member for years, had a disturbing experience that escalated to security issues. Even after local store attempt to restore confidence, glitches Caused me to be paranoid. Enter David from On-site computer. My husband and I (since this was a business computer) we're MOST pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and timeliness of attention to desktop And laptop. I will Be canceling with Best Buy and use this group exclusively. Was very comfortable with the results when I reboot at home. A very nice discovery!

Here at First United Methodist Church in Morganton we recently opened the Weslery Virtual Learning Center to assist Burke County Public School students with a place to engage in their online learning programs. They were responsive to our needs and set up a network strong enough for all of our 30 students to connect with the BCPS system. We deeply appreciate all of their efforts in making this happen.

When I cancelled my Total Tech Support with Best Buy today, I was told that the cancellation also would disengage my antivirus. Knowing that I needed my computer to be as safe as possible, I called Burke Onsite Computer Solutions, remembering I had used them in the past. Ronnie was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily patient. Without question, Burke Onsite will continue to be my go-to for any computer or technology issue.

Only gave one star, since you can't seem to give ZERO. Been there 3 times in the last 3 days. no one there. No hours posted. - Just "CLOSED" Waste of time. P.S. if one didn't know this little obscure group of. Dentist office looking buildings existed, one would never find them. Google puts them about 300 yards off the mark, At which point, the entire place is invisible. Great location for a dying business.

These people do not know what they are doing! My laptop would not come on and after having it for 4 days they told me they couldn't find the problem, it was probably the motherboard and I would be better off replacing the computer. Oh and they would be glad to help me with "data recovery". I took the laptop to Discerner Computers in Morganton and 10 minutes and only $30 later they had my laptop fixed. Beware!
