I charge a flat rate that starts at $45 and that covers up to 90 minutes in your home. After 90 minutes, the charge is an additional $1 per minute. Most of the time, I can resolve the problems within the first 90 minutes.

In-Home service calls cover the following: general operating system errors, email errors, virus/malware removal, wired & wireless network setup, printer installation, new computer setup, Comcast & AT&T setup, general computer tune up, additional parts, equipment, software and labor may be necessary.

> Install latest Adobe Flash and Reader versions.
> Update all drivers to latest versions where applicable.
> Reinstall customer's antivirus product if applicable.
> Transfer saved files back to original locations (documents, pictures, bookmarks and email) .
> Internally/externally clean case and inspect cooling fans, cables and hardware.
> Return PC and reconnect all peripherals such as keyboard, mouse, monitor, webcam, printer.
> Reconnect PC to internet and reinstall software/drivers needed by peripherals
