Comp U Save

My son went here to look for audio equipment. It was very well organized in the store was very clean. They didn't have exactly what he was looking for but we will come and check it out again.

Don't waste your time with Best Buy. I needed a graphics card and the people at Comp-U-Save not only knew what I was talking about, but they actually had what I needed! They were able to answer all my questions too. I was able to get the graphics card I needed the day my old one stopped working so I didn't have to miss any work.

My son recentky was a 1st time customer. He used this company to update his laptop. He was asked if he wanted to have an antivirus add, , he said no. Upon picking up his device he questioned the additional cost only to discover the antivirus had been installed anyway. He asked why and declined to pay. He was rather disappointed that the sales person didn't listen or respect his decision. He was told he have to get it since it's been installed. It was then deactivated and the person handling this matter was not happy. BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT

Great place, great items. Eric is very helpful and they communicate in a way that makes you feel welcomed. He doesn't talk as if he knows better than you. It's a very friendly environment and I'll continue to shop here for as long as I can. Prices are great and sometimes you'll find stuff "used" that is in perfect condition as I did with my computer case that was half off. This is my all time favorite store in the area, hands down.

Have purchased 2 refurbished laptops here. First one was perfect. Had trouble with the second one and they replaced it without any trouble! Also helped with questions on the phone!

My son loved this store and made a big purchase here. The prices are pretty fair but not comparable to Amazon or Walmart on some of their items. The guy that helped us out was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Great place to buy computers, TV's and other electronic items. Great store and has come a long way over the years. Good people and very knowledgeable in their business.

I love their work, I had used their services several times for different systems over the years and have had no complaints. Top notch work at reasonable prices.

First, I didn't make a purchase, so I can't speak to that. However, I stopped in because my laptop isn't acting right. Long story short, they listened to the problem, what I've done so far to attempt to resolve it, and advised me they would only do what I've already done, so they didn't want to take my money for a diagnosis the same as what I've already done.

They quoted me the price of a new motherboard (as that was the next step in the troubleshooting process), and we both agreed it would be more effective to get a new computer. He took me their refurbished ones and suggested a couple models. He took plenty of time to answer my questions, hear my concerns, and discuss them with me. There was never any pressure.

They don't work off commissions, and he had good answers to all my questions. I didn't buy. I walked in prepared to leave my laptop for repairs and wasn't in the mindset to purchase a replacement, but they didn't treat me any differently. I would definitely go back, and intend to purchase my replacement from them when I'm ready. Their prices on new computers and repairs are competitive, and they have a pretty good selection of refurbished laptops that is definitely worth checking out.
