I went in there with the use fan that I had just taken out of my laptop to see if they can look at it and they took the time to check it out shoot some lubricating it with the hopes that it might solve my problem. My business and family have used C^3 for years. Dan has run the business very ethically and technologically proficient during this time. There literally is no problem they can't handle. Bear in mind they do not work on tablets, but they handle advanced servers with security appliances down to fixing that poor windows XP computer you have for a specific game. They can remote into your computer and help as well.

I own an old laptop and the keyboard needed replaced. Sadly to replace the keyboard needed to do the touch pad too because it was all in one piece. They managed to fix it by doing a modification and they did an excellent job of it. Also they didn't just throw away the old parts they salvaged the old parts and gave them to me so I'd have spare parts for the keyboard in case I break a Key.

They were very helpful and fixed my computer MY way. They keep in touch and gave me the choice as to how I wanted it fixed. Unlike other places this store is very customer service friendly as it should be. I will be going back there to shop or get repairs done other places I have gone to around here are not as customer friendly. So I give these guys double thumbs UP. Thanks.

I used his services a total of three times. Twice to have them install a hard drive. And the last time for a CPU fan. I could get them to give me a straight answer. I asked for a specific item and they wanted to sell me what they wanted. I just wanted to replace exact 4 pin fan, instead of this will probably work or you just got to do this or that. Could have better customer service.
