Computer Avenue

I just moved to the area and was looking for a great place that was knowledgeable in fixing laptop screens. I ran across Computer Avenue's reviews and saw how great they are so I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad that I did! They were the cheapest, and most professional place that I called! The turnaround time was unbelievable! Debra and Zack were so nice and had a quote for me before I could even pull out the parking lot. This is my go to computer place for any computer needs!

I have been buying computers and having computers either fixed or modified at Computer Ave. for over ten years. You will always feel like you're in good hands with them. They have fair pricing. They are 100% proficient and 100% honest. They are the best.

Debra and Zack are terrific! I've worked in IT for over 25 years, and I have not found better service. I discovered Computer Avenue when I moved into the neighborhood in 1999. Recently they rebuilt my desktop workstation, providing me with expert advice, fantastic service, and quality components at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Computer Avenue for computing needs over any other computer or electronics store.

I had just got a new pc for my little brother and finished setting it up. we powered it on and the screen was blank the was some cord in a plastic bag but no instructions or information about it. So not knowing what to do we decided to bring it here I have it looked at. The lady was nice and hered us out and said they would take a look at it for us.

After initially looking at it they asked us a few questions questions and decided to plug it up and see what could have been wrong with it there were 3 different HDMI slots and they ask which one we used I didn't know if 1 he used. They informed me that it was the top one that it most likely didn't work because it was overrided by the lower 1 from the graphics card. it was and that was it. it took like 5 min and she was extremely nice and helpful.

We have been using Computer Avenue for over almost two decades for tech support, repair and purchasing new systems. I wouldn't trust our computers with anyone else! Thanks for always going above and beyond to help your customers.

Debra and Zack at Computer Avenue are extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as just down right great people to talk with. Computer Avenue is the only place that I take my computers to. They have made repairs to both my desktop and laptop. Their prices are reasonable and fair. I will not trust my equipment and data to anyone else. I can't say enough good things about Computer Avenue.

Every time I screw something up on my computer I can always count on these guys to make it right. I have never been charged 125 an hour so don't know what the other reviewer was talking about. Great business, great people!

LOVE THESE GUYS! They've built 3 Hardcore gaming computers for us, 2 accounting computers and sold me 3 laptops. Between 3 kids and 2 Local businesses we put an EXTREEM hurting on our computers. Viruses, abuse and a general lack of maintenance on our part and still they manage to repair them all. Reasonable prices and most of the time we get them back next day. Highly recommend

If i could an extra star I would. I dropped my wife's laptop off to be repaired. Customer service and drop off was a breeze. I didn't even think this laptop could be repaired because it was almost 10 years old. Not only was it repaired to factory condition, it also was very quickly finished and ready to be picked back up in a couple days. I chose this computer repair because I saw they had high reviews.

Well now they have another one. Oh, did I mention the price was way lower than I expected to pay! I will use this business again and let all my friends and family know about them. Great people and a great business! Keep up the good work and thank you again!

Hey Lake Houston area friends and neighbors, I want to give a shout out to Computer Avenue located 8027 Fm 1960 E, Humble, TX 77346. That is at 1960 and Pinehurst Trail. My dear pup Lucy wanted to be petted while I was working last Wednesday. In her attempt to get closer to me, she got caught up in the cord and got spooked and took off dragging my external hard drive off the table and sailing on to the floor. Yep, it broke.

Sometimes you have to send the hard drive to a lab in order to recover the data, but they said they would attempt recovering my data. They were able to do it and transferred my data to my newly purchased hard drive. They did it in 24 hours and I am up.and running like nothing happened. It was really reasonable. Be sure and support our local businesses.

They were quick on telling me my computer issues, and not too proxy. The customer service was also amazing. Would recommend 10/10.

My first and ONLY stop for computer work. I have used Computer Avenue serveral time to repair computer and update some hardware as well. They are the place to go to for computer repair, computer builds and networking. These guys have been around for a while and really know the buisness well. Fair price, great work and wonderful people!
