Helped us out in a jam! My daughter was in the middle of college applications & deadlines were approaching quickly and her computer just quit. They fixed right it away and at the end of their day! This is the third fix they have done for us over the years; Very knowledgeable staff. We highly recommend them.

I have visited the Computer Cafe on two occasions when my current and previous PC (Tower) was not working correctly. On both visits, years apart - I have found the staff to be extremely friendly, capable and honest. In my last visit, I decided to check the reviews to see if anything had changed since my last visit a few years ago. I can say EMPHATICALLY they are still as friendly, helpful, professional and fair.!

I can only say that their prices and services are well documented and RECOMMEND COMPUTER CAFE to anyone who has a computer concern that needs to be addressed. In reflecting on the most negative review posted on this site, it doesn't ring true for me anytime I have visited them. These folks are the REAL DEAL and they are VERY HONEST. I will continue to trust them - and since I have a BS in Computer Science and working with technology for more than 35 years - don't hesitate to use Computer Cafe. I wouldn't trust anyone else based on my experience.

I only use The Computer Cafe in Wexford for any of our business computers and my personal computers. They have helped with so many issues and are very friendly and honest. Their prices are competitive and they have them posted on the wall when you walk in so you know what to expect. I would recommend them for any personal computer needs and professional computer needs.

As the owner of The Computer Cafe I've been trying for some time to respond to Bryan Hawes. We take customer service very seriously and were distressed to read Mr Hawes review. We checked our files and found that no one by that name had left a computer here for repair. We also notice that the comments don't match our company. Mr. Hawes referred to the owner as "he" and mentioned invoices generating in a back office. I, the owner, am a "she" not a "he" and we use a point of sale system in the front, we don't create invoices in a back office. So, we believe that Mr. Hawes is writing about an experience he had with a different company.

If Mr Hawes reads this comment we would ask him to please contact us. If he did have a bad experience at our shop we would like the opportunity to rectify the situation. If not we would like to ask him to retract his comments.

The employees at the Computer Cafe in Wexford are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They offer a drop off service that makes life so much easier. You drop off your laptop, tower, or whatever electronic device that you need help with and they will get it fixed and back to you very quickly and for the fraction of the cost that you would pay elsewhere. I highly recommend the Computer Cafe in Wexford!

Extremely poor service and business sense. I was quoted a price for the part which was accurate and then at the time of pick up the installation charge was doubled. after a discussion with the "owner' trying to tell me how much money he was saving me he became very aggressive and hostile. I told him i did not believe that he actually 'saved" me any money. with that, he grabbed the invoice out of my hand, went in the back office - then, came out with a new invoice which was higher than the first. Really?

In fact he told me the repair would take only an hour but was charged for 1 1/2 hours. A very child like act at best and certainly not very professional. this all occurred after he ordered the wrong part for my computer which delayed the repair well over a week. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Be careful!
