My Lenovo ThinkCentre got trashed when I downloaded and ran an update from Lenovo. TCG were able to recover only some of my data on disk, but fortunately I had backed up most of the important stuff on Dropbox. We were deep into the COVID-19 quarantine (August 2020) and they were working with a skeleton crew. Despite all the various problems, they were able to get my machine running again.

It took a few weeks, but I attribute that mostly to the impediments caused by the virus shutdown. Tris went the extra mile, and he gets lots of credit for upholding The Computer Guys' excellent reputation. I would definitely use them again if I had to. All things considered, the price was reasonable.

With a choice of 3 SF area Lenovo commercial laptop warranty repair options, I sure am glad I gave The Computer Guys a call. Very helpful, friendly, accommodating, efficient, and competent. Got my computer back in working order without having to ship it to Lenovo for a week or more. Plus it is just down the road from It's It, so you can get a working computer and an ice cream sando!

I've been working with TCG for over 5 years now. They have been fantastic in taking care my company laptop/desktop support from Lenovo, HP, etc. We are 80 employees with mix of Lenovo, HP, Apple and Dell. Their staffs are very knowledgeable, courteous and very easy to work with. They even provide free pick up and drop off. Definitely the best support that is rare to find nowadays.

Incredible service. Brought in a few computer that the manufacturer and company IT wrote off as "lost causes." The Computer Guys returned the computers within two days. Been back for service 3 more times since and each time have been impressed with their professionalism and overall friendly service. Highly Recommend!

My Lenovo Thinkpad needed a new motherboard. They were able to order and replace the motherboard within 2 days of me bringing my laptop in. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

So they promised 2 weeks to diagnose my toshiba, and they got back to me in two weeks. no surprises. however, they admitted they didn't know how to fix my toshiba so, most of that time was wasted on waiting for toshiba to send an email reply to them. ridiculous. my warranty is almost over too! wasted my time.

Not worth the time and energy to work with them. I brought in a under warranty laptop and they didn't diagnose the problem, they just put new hardware in the computer. This then created another problem which they could not fix. They recommended re-installing some software and didn't want to pursue any other options. In all, I wasted numerous hours working on their suggestions, had my computer sitting at their store for approximately one month, and nothing was fixed or done. Not a well run business. They didn't seem to care about the product or how to fix the problem.
