Some good, some bad. I went in to purchase a new power supply, and they installed it in my computer. Two connections were not in solidly, but that was trivial. So that was the good. But I bought what I thought was a Bluetooth dongle that didn't work at all. No package, so partly my fault. I came back 5 days later, to swap for a real Bluetooth, but they did not have any.

So the gentleman assured me that they would order one from the main store and call me when it came in. I waited over 2 weeks. So I went down to the store a third time to get my money back. The store was closed at noon on a Tuesday. That was the bad. Three visits. No Bluetooth. $10 plus wasted trips. Get yours somewhere else.

I was glad to find the tablet i was looking for at a good price and the service was great and the stuff they offer is at a very low price. But I also payed for rude service they threatened me and my father to call the cops and report we had stolen something due to the fact that had to switch stuff out from my tablet to a lower grade stuff, they threatened me after I hung up on with the employee since I was at school when he called me and he didn't say anything for like a minute or so and I was going to go to the store after I got out of school but then the employee calls me back says I'll call the cops on you and your dad, I then told him why I hung up and at this moment he was rude.

I left school in the middle of the day to take the tablet so the stuff could get swapped then when we get there the employee tells the owner I swindled him when I didn't. But since then I choose not to go there but it's whatever I spent over 600 for the tablet and they still treated me like that I paid cash for it and then I demanded a refund after being treated like that then they say we can't, then state we can but it will be a check, but I paid cash and needed my cash. After the aurging I just let them swap the parts and then left and never returned.

TLDR: Their prices appear to be great deals, but you'll inevitably pay more in inconvenience, frustration, and wasted time trying to get what you actually need. Also, while this may refer to their old location, they are very much so still in business. You'll still want to avoid any incarnation of this shop, though. Dealt with them several years ago for an order of ~10 used laptops. Reasonably priced and free delivery.

Quality of the laptops was decent. OK, cool Dealt with them this year for another batch of used laptops. Delivered batch of 10 laptops and told me, off-hand as they were leaving, "Oh I know you ordered each laptop with 8GB of RAM but 4 of them only have 4GB because it's all we had. I'll drop off the correct memory later." Wonderful. Would have preferred to have been warned in advance, so I could ask that they only deliver the order when it was actually complete and correct, but I'm stuck now, I guess.

Thus begins an annoying month of waiting, phone calls, and emails trying to arrange for the delivery of the additional memory. Finally, memory was dropped off. BUT. It was the wrong type. Another several weeks of unanswered emails and calls to the poor front desk worker without actually being able to talk to the person in charge of ordering the correct hardware and delivering on the order.

At this point, I'm chalking this up to an expensive lesson learned, as I will probably need to just go buy the required memory instead of waiting at the mercy of poor communication and even poorer customer service.

I began my relationship with Computer Mega Mall back in 2009! At the location near Hanson's Grocery in Dinkytown. The customer service was impeccable! When I need help with a virus that took over my laptop, they gave me a good discount, even without the coupon i meant to print off that they sent me in their monthly newsletter. Syed is very knowledgeable and stays on top of technological changes to ensure he knows how to troubleshoot your computer, Mac or PC.

He and his staff are thorough and also provide good conversation while waiting for files to download. I am glad to know that anytime I need anything computer wise, TV, or even food insight and wisdom, I can go to Computer Mega Mall. My husband is now also a patron. Thank you Computer Mega Mall.

We had a severe virus that locked up the hard drive on our computer. Syed and Lee were awesome, they reformatted our computer for a very reasonable price and saved our data for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend Computer Mega Mall for giving above and beyond that far exceeded our expectations.and providing service that far exceeded our exceptions.

There are hardly any computer services left in this town and it was nice that we got this laptop service within few hours same day. We should give chances to Service places like these and save money time and personalized touch.

Fantastic service! Wouldn't have been able to comfortably overclock my CPU without the exuberant knowledge of Sean Puffer. I really appreciated and trusted all of the pearls of wisdom. I'll be back to computermegamall for sure!
