Ripped me off twice. There won't be a 3rd time. First time they replaced a part on a laptop then after the problem reappeared a few months later they admitted the problem was a design flaw that was a common issue with that brand and could not be fixed. Yet I did not get a refund! The second time they loaded an unauthorized os on my system and apparently did not correctly set up the BIOS.
I found this out because I was unable to do a BIOS flash that was needed for an issue with RAM. An issue they should've caught! I found this out after several hours on the phone with tech support and then verified by taking it to another repair shop. The guy who runs this place is hardly ever there and does NOT return calls. The last few times I've been in the store I wound up dealing with what appeared to be teenagers. Very unprofessional! This is yet another place that gives small businesses a bad name.
