Galene in the office is so sweet and helped so much through my first time renting. Everyone was super nice and helpful throughout the whole thing and from what I can tell so far it's a nice quiet area. The apartments are clean and spacious I have absolutely no complaints I love it so far!

Horrible communication. I wanted a tour and they stated "we don't have model homes to tour" ok but on your website it states that they do tours by appointment only. Anyways, I had questions about the application process. I called 2x and left a voicemail and I ended up getting a text. I asked if that (texting) was their only point of contact and they never reached back to me. VERY unprofessional and reading all these reviews I'm glad I didn't give them my money.

I've lived here for four years. I hardly Had any issues but when I do, the way they handle it is so unfair. I absolutely love maintenance, they're always so sweet so i don't blame them as they only do as they're told. My fridge broke down and I called to notify and explained I had just went grocery shopping, I was told he will try to get a fridge from a different apartment and get it to me asap (first off I don't want another damaged fridge, I pay enough to deserve a new one).

I call them this morning for reimbursement as I JUST WENT GROCERY SHOPPING, and was told they acted "accordingly" someone please tell me why it's 11 am the next day and I still don't have a fridge but that's acting accordingly. They are terrible. I pay my rent on time, I'm not loud and almost never complain, unless it's serious. I have a stove as well that's damaged and they never want to fix it they said I don't "need a new one just yet" but when the building burns down blame creekpointe apartment managers.

Seriously dissatisfied with management. Edit since I can't reply to the owner: I have no issues with maintenance, they're awesome! I have called before and informed them about the stove and no one has come. I've called twice, it should be in your records. As far as the fridge, I called when I got home from work, as soon as I saw the damaged fridge I called immediately and didn't get a replace til 12 today.

So that's not acting accordingly. I just spend $200 on groceries that is now trashed and you refuse to reimburse me due to the fact that "it was accordingly". That would be accordingly if I got the fridge within the hour, not 16 hours later. But again, maintenance is not the issue guys, they are awesome. It's the management that sucks.

I don't ever write reviews but especially during COVID, my experience was beyond measures. Everything is last minute. Strong lack of communication from staff. They say they're new but that's no where near an excuse. YOU have to keep calling in order to find out the status of an application and to see if anything else is needed. I applied in MAY and was told everything was approved and good every time I called.

I received my new address and pro rated rent and everything. Turned around and GOT DENIED THE MORNING OF MY MOVE IN DATE IN JULY after mail and utilities were scheduled to begin and uHaul was packed up and ready to go. Would give zero stars if I could

Filled out an application and was approved. Received welcome letter. My new address and what else was due before move in. When calling back to keep checking on income verification was told I'm new sorry it's taking so long. Over three weeks and I get an email that I have been denied. Not sure "I'm new" is an excuse when time is now wasted on finding a different place to live because of last minute denial.

I just moved in this week and was told new carpet was installed. They lied, there's marks from the previous renters furniture. Not only that but my ceiling is leaking in my living room! I've left numerous voicemails and nobody has bothered to call me back. At this point I don't know if I should finish moving in or figure something else out to get out of the lease.

My family and I have been here for almost 2 years and it has been the absolute worst experience of my life. For starters, this past spring our A/C went out. It took them 4 weeks to fix and it happened to get fixed the day before rent was due. No matter what time of year, there are always bugs all over the apartment. The rental office is non responsive.

There have been countless times where our mailbox is left open. We have recently found mold in the bathroom medicine cabinet. My daughters bathroom constantly smells like sewage and recently so does our shower. Our bathtub always clogs up and it takes AT LEAST 3 maintenance requests to get anything fixed. I should not have to feel DISGUSTED to be in my own home. I would not recommend living here to anyone.

I toured here recently and the guy from the office didn't bother to tell me anything about the place or walk me through, just let me walk through on my own. He was nice enough but didn't seem to care to sell me on it. The apartment I toured smelled bad and was outdated. I also had to step over what appeared to be vomit on the sidewalk between the office and apartment I toured. I'm not usually critical, but this was a bad experience and made me not want to live there.

Its a quiet neighborhood, never had any problems with living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. You just have to talk to them if you have any issues with bills. The maintenance men are friendly as well, they are quick to come out and fix everything. Not a lot of kids that I have seen that play outside though.

I have good and bad here. The apartment itself is not bad. Clean and just enough space. Semi kid and pet friendly. The playground at the beginning of the complex is nice. So much for the good. What I don't appreciate, is leaving from a visit with my mother, and ALL I SMELL IS WEED! Yes I'm serious. Just the other night, around 6 or 7pm, I was leaving my mothers apartment and as soon as I walked outside (with my 3 year old!), the smell hit me like a ton of bricks and I had to smell it as I walked to my car.

I know people have complained about it, but nothing has been done. It's absolutely unacceptable to have that going on in an apartment complex surrounded by CHILDREN! It's bad enough when you arrive and these little 10 year old kids are cussing at each other like they are grown adults! But that's a parenting issue, not the complex's. Its not a bad place to live if you need something decent and in a decent area. Just don't open your windows.
