DCR is a sales and service organization providing point-of-sale systems to restaurant, supermarket, and retail businesses. As a value-added systems integrator, we have selected some of the finest hardware and software vendors in the world to supply our system components. We then create custom solutions for our customers.
We provide on-site or depot service on all hardware and remote or on-site support on all software. We also offer service and support agreements to save you money versus a per call basis. Without maintaining a service or support agreement, DCR will provide services and support on a time-and-materials basis.

When we opened our restaurant 11 years ago we made a commitment to using local businesses for as many of our operational needs as possible. Our decision to use DCR for our point of sale system needs turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. The customized and personalized service that we have received for over a decade has been paramount to our success. We cannot say enough kind words about the service and value we get from DCR!

Our small retail establishment spent thousands on Microsoft Dynamics POS, purchased from and installed by Data Cash Register. We had problems form the beginning. The software was not capable of doing things we were told it could do. We needed to add an additional computer terminal and contacted Data Cash Register regarding compatibility. We were told that the software would work fine based on the specs of the new system.
Of course, this was not true. Also, obtaining service from Data Cash Register was almost impossible. Calls and questions went unanswered. When we were being sold the software the local office rep visited us and made a great presentation. We were told how knowledgeable and great their techs were. After the purchase, we found out that the local office only sells.
They provide no technical assistance. The techs are located in Nashville, 3 hours away, and if they have to come to us for service we're expected to pay drive time. Unfortunately Data Cash Register is the only reseller of Microsoft Dynamics in our area. After using the software for approximately a year. We have decided to invest more money in another POS system. We cannot afford to keep dealing with the problems that we are having and being unable to get assistance from Data Cash Register.
