Our company has been a customer of Direct iT for over 14 years. We operate 24/7 and require their services on a regular basis. The tech support team respond in a timely manner and are quick to assist. Remember the blizzard of 2015? One of their senior techs was on site the following morning to help us recover from a server crash. It was mission critical and he worked many hours to get us back up and working.

I have utilized Direct IT for IT support for well over 10 years in my position as technology support at two different companies. Their staff has always been very professional & knowledgeable. They are able to work with our team members who struggle with technology and solve their issues. In one instance we had a server failure over Thanksgiving weekend & they responded quickly & even provided us with a loaner server until we could get a replacement. We have had Direct IT for over a year now and I have had no major problems with the company. I send an email for a problem and the problem is resolved within a reasonable period of time. Direct It has also given me recommendations for upgrading our our system. Matt WIlson is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful all the time I request his services. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and solve my issues as quickly as possible. They are a very good IT Company.

I think being in the IT support industry is a difficult place to be. It's tough to make everyone happy and get them to understand the limitations of what can be done and to accept the cost of what should be done. Direct IT has done a good job of communicating, listening, and responding to what we've needed while charging competitive prices. I'm happy to recommend them.
