Our family has thrown about 7 or 8 laptops at Tim over the past 15 years. He's saved crashed hard drives, purged nasty viruses(except covid 19:)), fixed turtle slow boot-ups, and cleaned up a bunch of file messes. Tim gets the job done when he says he will and always gives a novice version explanation of the work he's done. I can't recommend highly enough taking your sick and lame gear to TIm.
