I've been using the Eco Cartridge Store for about a year now. I have always been treated courteously, but my last experience was so positive that I wanted to leave a review. The black ink cartridge I had just bought stopped printing after only printing a few documents. I called up the store and explained my situation, and I was invited to exchange it for another cartridge free of charge.

When I got there, they included a 50% off coupon for my next visit for the hassle. I would like to mention that all of this was offered without me complaining.so many businesses only go the extra mile when they feel like they *have* to. But the Eco Cartridge Store made me feel like a valuable customer who didn't need to raise a complaint in order to get excellent service.
