Enterprise backs up our computer every night, automatically so we don't have to worry about our online systems. Monthly charge is about a dollar a day and worth every penny. If there has been a breech, they phone immediately and get your system up and running asap Highly recommend their services.

I brought my laptop to this business and the technician told me to dump my new Dell laptop because the issue was not fixable, unless I had the Bitlocker recovery number. After my laptop sat on my counter for 2 weeks I found a Youtube video that addressed the issue. Fifteen seconds later I fixed my computer myself. Moral of the story is to view a YouTube video and try to fix issues yourself, without spending a penny.

Have had Enterprise replace a battery in a MacBook Air and clean up an older MacBook Pro to give to a grandchild. Both tasks performed on time and at the expected cost. Will be happy to use their services again.

The person from Enterprise took care of my software needs by signing on remotely. He had the new software up and running in 5 minutes. I had them booked for an hour and they were nice enough to give me a break on the price since it was so quick. -- I would definitely use them again.
