Amazing and friendly service!. I had a laptop with a swollen battery, other places wouldn't even touch it or would charge 100+ and take a week to fix it. These guys safely and professionally removed the battery in under an hour for very little cost. Highly recommend if you want cheap and professional service while supporting a local company.

I needed assistance immediately (same day), due to computer issues. I called and the tech said he would leave and come right then and there. Within 30 minutes he was at my home. He was knowledgeable, and worked quickly. He stayed to ensure what needed to be done was going to occur, but was conscientious to not stay unnecessarily to be cost conscientious. More than 100 % satisfied! The fact that he was friendly and courteous was the icing on the cake!

I'm so impressed with how honest, genuine and kind these people were. I believe I am somewhat of a tough critic because I hold myself to such high standards. I also rarely post reviews. My iPad and iPhone stopped sending and receiving my emails for work. I tried the usual methods to try and fix the problem. After uninstalling and setting it up again, it still wouldn't work. Joe found a problem with the server and after fixing that, he was able to restore my emailing ability to my phone and iPad. I appreciate his patience and instructions on how to fix the issue should it ever happen again!

Joe has always been incredibly responsive to all our questions, even outside of normal business hours. It is not unusual for me to send an e-mail to him on a weekend afternoon and have an answer within ten minutes.
