BUYER BEWARE! I dropped off an HP laptop to get serviced and when I picked it up a few days later I realized I didn't have the charger when I got home. I returned the next day and they claimed they couldn't find it and instead offered me a used off-brand charger. Needless to say, that charger didn't last very long and now I'm needing to replace it. Makes you wonder if they're keeping the higher end chargers for profit/value. Such a shame because they always provided exceptional service up until then.

These guys are the best. Brandon's fixed laptops for me in the past and he just replaced my screen on my s20 plus. Best price in town but that's not what matters. Getting the job done right and great customer service is worth its weight in gold. They do both and just happens to be a bit better priced. I left my credit card in the machine Brooke called me right away.
These guys are also obviously honest to. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I made the mistake of taking my laptop to a competitor not to long ago and I ended up bringing it to Brandon to get right. So my lesson was learned, and I only go to fastlane now because what they give is better then what the rest offer.

These guys are the absolute BEST, they're honest and do not price gouge, I've sent several people to them and they've also had nothing, but good things to say about them! They've helped me out so many times, I'm a local realtor who isn't the most tech savvy, so they keep all my electronics going for me!

DO NOT COME HERE! I paid $100 to get my IPhone screen replaced they did the job then a week later on a Sunday my phone screen went pitch black and would NOT come back on. I called them to realize they weren't open on Sunday & the very next day we had a tropical storm which I wanted to have my screen fixed before then cause I wasn't sure if it would turn into a hurricane & would need to get my family somewhere safe.
So I go to the place near Walmart in Lynn Haven $20 cheaper and he didn't give me a faulty screen which he told that's what I had. Finally I'm able to contact fast Lane they would not do a refund or anything although I had receipts from both places & had the Faulty screen they gave me kept in a bag to give back for refund. If you don't want to pay $100 for a faulty screen DO NOT come here! MUCH CHEAPER & BETTER PLACES!

An employee from Best Buy recommended this place after running diagnostics on my iPhone X. I had made an appointment with Geek Squad for a battery replacement but Apple requires ANY other issues with the iPhone to be fixed too due to liability. In total it was going to cost me $500+ so I went to Fastlane and they replaced the battery for around $50. Saved my wallet a good chunk of change!
