Floral Computer Systems

Still new to Floral Computer but showing results. We only went live recently but the system is truly built for wholesale florists. We run bucket trucks and vans and we are using it for both at two locations. It's easy to use, and the support second to NONE. Good people, good product, good company.

Floral Computer Systems has been our software program for many years and the support has always been exceptional. In addition to being a user-friendly excellent software program for things such as receiving purchase orders, invoicing customers, keeping track of inventory etc. they often have customized the program to suit our specific needs. Recently they helped us develop a customized website that integrates perfectly with the Floral Computer Systems software. Our appreciation always to John, Rob, Jo Ann and team.

Not sure how we tracked our inventory before we started using Floral Computer Systems. Very user friendly and customizable to fit our business's unique needs. Great company to work with as well! Responsive support staff that helps solve problems and also provide training to our core staff members to assist in maximizing this software. Would highly recommend.

What would we do without Floral Computer Systems? We'd be stuck with a software package that was more compromise than promise. We'd be on hold forever whenever we had a question. We'd encounter evasive tech support that asks us if we've turned our computers off and on again and waste time and blindly follows protocol. The bottom line is that with Floral Computer Systems and the SMART system I don't have to adopt a second career in IT or software management.

Keystone Ribbon has been using Floral Computer Systems for 6 years. We were able to transition easily from the old system we were using to Floral Computer.and it is an easy system to learn and adapt to. Anytime I have an issue, the Floral Computer team address it right away and has it resolved in a reasonable amount of time. John and his team are friendly and great to work with!
