He set up everything really fast told me and my mom how to sort out wifi, download apps, set up cables, what EVERYTHING was called and proper technical names and made sure everything was running at the best of its ability without it costing us more than the minimum amount of money and with spending money on it after.

Fantastic service, helped me with alternatives when repairs would not be cost efficient, built me a whole new PC for a great price, and when I encountered problems with it, worked ceaselessly to find what the issue was and fix it for me (issue was with a part I sourced). Followed up to make sure everything was working. Really excellent, prompt turnaround times, accommodating, I'm very happy with the end result. Do recommend.

Cyber Tech is above and beyond when it comes to the quality of service, skills and professionalism. I brought my laptop in for repair as it won't turn on and Cyber Tech didn't stop until the problem has been figured out. The rates are very reasonable, definitely doesn't overcharge. Also provides updates on the progress of the repair. Very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommended!

Spoke over phone to these guys and they explained that for my particular printer issue they'd recommend not even attempting a repair. Parts too expensive. Then they recommended two brands - Canon and Brother - when I'd probably just have gone and bought another Epson. Awesome service! Will be recommending them to everyone.

I would 100% recommend this business to anybody at all. The proprietor is extremely helpful and talked through all my requirements and options with me before building me a new desktop PC which I am absolutely thrilled with at a really affordable price within my budget. Really speedy service and very friendly. I would not hesitate to go here again should I need repairs, upgrades or a new device.
