I am spending the winter in Okeechobee, I left my laptop power cord at home and since we are staying in different places every few nights in our RV I don't have an address to have it mailed to me. I found ICS and called asking if they could order me a cord and have me pick it up at their address. They had me bring in my laptop and when I got there they pulled out a box full of cords and found one for my laptop.
It cost me $10.00. They could have charged me the price from online($50.00) for my model! Then they went even further and insisted on making certain it was the correct cord by removing the battery from my laptop and making sure it stayed powered up. They went way over what I was expecting! Thanks ICS!
