I took them my laptop that had a couple things wrong and they fixed it so quickly! So happy with the customer service. They were very nice and so helpful!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff helped me find PC components that fit my needs. I must applaud the integrity as they could very well have tried to sell me something more expensive than was necessary but instead assessed my PC usage to make an informed recommendation.

William and Nathan were very helpful with my gaming PC build! Both went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and needed, William explained every part I questioned and even recommended some parts that I didn't think about that were needed. These guys are awesome!

Bought a prebuilt PC from FB Marketplace. Everything worked fine except CPU was running hot. Took the PC in and they installed a new liquid cooling fan and kit. Turnaround

Let me start off with: If you want knowledgeable, respectable, local people to work on your machine or sell you computer related items that you can trust, it's the guys at Island Computers. I have no problem paying this local business for their services and products knowing at the end of the day that they take care in their craft and they will take care of your needs at the end of the day. Instead of taking your computer or electronics to a chain, consider the good guys over at Island.

Had a water cooler fail, these guys sold me what I needed, fixed it and got it back to me the next day. No hassle, no bloatware on my pc afterward, just offered to upgrade to a larger case if I desired since I talked about it while in the store. Good people, I'll definitely go back and recommend any of my friends.

Sold them a laptop that was collecting dust and got a more than fair price for it, in fact it was more than the big box store offered me. What really got me though was the awesome service, everything was quick and I had an check in hand in less than 24 hours. Will absolutely return for any repairs we may need.

They have everything you could want for your computer or to build a computer. One reason I give it four stars is because the markup on most of the inventory they have is a lot more then you would pay online. Great place though overall friendly staff.

Island Computer Systems are angels! I tried to build my own computer and it did not go well. I reached out to them and they were able to help me out on the same day. They were detailed and prompt in diagnosing, fixing, and building my PC. They were amazing at figuring out my knowledge level and tactful in explaining things to me. When I got my computer back, it was updated with all the drivers and ready to go when I plugged it in at home.

They also gave me helpful advice on my build and for potential issues that could occur, and encouraged me to call them if I have questions. I highly recommend Island Computer Systems!

Great store! They had the motherboard (ASRock), CPU (Ryzen 5) and RAM (Corsair DDR4 RGB) that I needed to upgrade from my old AM3 board and CPU. I was going to get all the upgrade parts from Amazon but I knew there was another computer store here in town other than Best Buy. I'm glad I went to Karatech, they have more computer parts in stock than Best Buy! Awesome!

Now of course all those parts are cheaper on Amazon but this local store had prices pretty close to Amazon. I also got advice on my upgrade and that worked great. Shop local when you can!
