Chattted online with Warren about a potential project. Found him to be arrogant and a racist because I have an Indian name. He made many flawed assumptions and was blatantly rude. I wonder if he grew up in the South? I grew up in Minnesota. Never came across such blatant racism as I did from Warren. What a sad character.

Lucid Crew has developed and managed our sites for several years now. MediaStove, their custom content management system is easy to use, and allows me to make changes to our sites on the fly. I love these folks! I've been a client of theirs for over 7 years now. At first I ran my website and the business at the same time finally I realized that I didn't have time to do both and was lucky enough to meet Patra. She let me know that her husband, Warren Cardinal, could build me a fantastic website. She was right. The first site he build was great and I got many compliments on it from my customers.
It was significantly better than the one I had built myself. Since then he has revamped it to make it mobile ready. Now customers can buy from me wherever they are. They have given web seminars on new features, and helped me to better understand how to use all the features of the site. Lucid Crew is a great crew to work with. I've had several websites for my business over the years and none of them have come close to the one Warren built for me 6 years ago. He built exactly what I needed from the ground up and provided me with an easy to use interface tool that allows me to make changes I need on the fly. I would highly recommend Lucid Crew.

I worked with Austin web designer Warren Cardinal and Lucid Crew on a large website (2000+ pages). Our site had a custom comprehensive search feature and lots of user interactivity. It was a huge project that lasted several years and we had great success. Lucid Crew pretty much knows how to do all web functionalities. We had some pretty wild ideas of how we wanted the site to function. Lucid Crew knew, or quickly figured out, how to do it all.
And as we had new ideas and wanted new features, Lucid Crew made it happen and the site evolved in amazing ways. Lucid Crew is extremely attentive. As mentioned, our site was complicated. Small issues would pop up from time to time (an inevitable reality of the web). Lucid Crew took care of any issue fast. The website functioned very well. To go with their technical abilities, Lucid Crew is also excellent on the creative side.
They designed our whole website "look." It was soulful and very pretty. It looked like no other website, but most importantly, it looked like us. Lucid Crew crew can find the right images/graphics, but they also have the ability to successfully make them. I worked with Warren and Lucid Crew for years and would work with them again. Highly recommended.
