M-TEC Solutions was founded by the current owner, Matthew Freeman in 2008. Since its inception the company has evolved to meet the needs of its customers, and expanded to include new services. The goal of M-TEC is to provide technical solutions to our customers at a decent price. To do this we have vowed to stay small so that our customers receive customer service that is personalized, avoiding the automation of most companies. Although M-TEC is innovative and progressive, we feel our customers would rather spend 3 minutes making a call to us, instead of spending 40 waiting to speak with 1 of 50 representatives. This may mean our capacity is limited but our return business exceeds our expectations, just as we hope to exceed yours.
