Was not impressed with the arrogence of some of the staff and manager at this location. Had a broken phone that we brought in hoping to retrieve data more than anything. The manager had a very close-minded attitude and said there was nothing that could be done to fix it. So we ended up buying a new phone as we took his word for it since we are not too tech savvy (which is not their problem but I feel if they are good with their customers, they could be more helpful and less assuming.) In the end, we took the broken phone to Marshfield Technology where data retrieval could be done for $50 - they also repaired the phone to new condition at reasonable price. Happy with Marshfield Technology. Not very impressed with Northside US Cellular. Two stars for at least being able to return the other phone.
