We believe in a clear and easy to understand pricing model. Nothing is more annoying, dishonest, and unethical than being quoted a lowball price to get your business only to return to find if you want your item back it will cost you much more than you were told in the beginning. We will NOT hold your computer hostage. PERIOD!! The price you see below is the price you will pay. And of course you have our word that if we cannot fix your computer you do not pay anything.
How can we offer this? We believe in the theory of balance. There will be times when a job will take hours and we will come close to losing money on it. That's ok! Over time we have discovered that there will be enough times a job will be completed very quickly and will make up for it. And of course the biggest advantage is that you, the customer, are not sitting at home wondering if you are paying by the hour for some tech to surf the Internet.

I started working in the technology industry in 1997 when I got hired by UCLA to be on their help desk. From there I grew into several different positions over the years working mainly as a systems engineer for small and medium size businesses. Some of my past clients include Sony, Fleet Bank, Michael Dell (owner of Dell computers), The Los Angeles Times' Venture Capital Fund, and Hearst Publishing. Currently, in addition to running Oregon City Computers, I also consult with a worldwide tech leader on complex technical solutions for a vast array of their customers.
Opening a local repair service has always been a dream of mine. Watching multiple franchised repair companies that offer sub-par work at overpriced rates finally led me to believe that I could offer a local, friendly service that people would flock to as an alternative.
Oregon City Computers is all about Oregon City. I have my business here, my family has built a home here, our relatives are here, and we intend to stay here. My goal is to have Oregon City Computers become a part of Oregon City as a neighbor and a resource for you.
