Repair of issues found in diagnostics, will vary, depending on an infinite amount of variables. We will contact you with options and estimates before any repair is started. Removes viruses, malware, junkware, adware. Install OS updates (because those updates have a TON of security patches, to help prevent this) and a free antivirus if one is not installed. Registration and basic hardware verification.

Although I'm usually able to handle the typical maintenance/troubleshooting issues that come up with the PCs used by myself and my family, it sure is good to have a reliable, professional repair shop to turn to if necessary. Port Townsend Computers is exactly that. The folks there genuinely know what they're doing and their rates are quite reasonable. (Plus, they are very nice people to interact with).
Beyond the diagnostics & repair service, they also have accessories for printers, internet connectivity - and more. I was recently told that they sell some refurbished computers too. Five stars for sure. :-)
