I NEVER let anyone work on my computers but I was stuck with one I couldn't figure out. I'm pretty slick with a computer but this guy had mine figured out in like an hour, fixed it in a couple hours after I told him to go ahead with the repairs, and charged me a VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend his services for all ur computer repair needs.

We brought my sons computer to Real Deal suspecting we had a bad motherboard. Owner Brooks was able to confirm after some diagnosis. He first tried to repair motherboard to keep costs down for us, but it was too far gone. We ended up replacing the motherboard and went ahead and had him do some extra upgrades. After all the work was completed it was still cheaper and faster than geek squads quote just to replace motherboard! If you want your PC repaired by someone that stands by their work at an affordable price and in a timely manner use REAL DEAL! I will definitely use for future PC work.

This man is an absolute chad. He knows his stuff, helpful, friendly. He smoked me in computer knowledge I thought I was semi medium smart but he taught me better! This store and this dude is a unit. Come here for your tech needs he is the bee knees legs and its arms.

I came in because I couldn't get the screws out of my Aero Gigabyte Laptop, I had a screw kit, he had the actual screws & he helped with everything, any questions I had and was kind. While I was here, it became very busy, a lot of phones calls and people coming and going. I would definitely come here again even though this place is 30 mins away from where I live! 5 star Customer Service

When All the others wanted to send it out and not get it back for over a month. Or have to make an appointment with Geek Squad to talk about dropping it off so they can charge me for that first before they even diagnose it I dropped it off with Real Deal Computers and with in a couple hrs he had it figured out! I've always been able to troubleshoot my computer issues. This time I couldn't boot. I tried everything to my ultimate frustration. Brooks had it for a day and it works like a charm now. Even cleaned up the dusty interior. Great place. Good price for the service.

Very friendly and helpful. They were willing to answer any questions I asked without making me feel like an imbecile. I didn't feel pressured at all, even when helping other customers they made sure I was not forgotten. I will definitely be back for all my computer needs.

I am taking my second "old"computer to Real Deal. they did a great job with the first one. This one is running windows XP, right now I cant find the XP discs, . bought it at wal-mart so it might not have any. I did make a 19 disc set of "restore disks". doesn;t work for me. Maybe Real Deal can figure it out. Bob F
