Henry has great and fast service. I called him when my laptop crashed and he saw me right away and gave me a diagnosis later the same day (my laptop overheated, burning out the graphics card). He was able to pull the hard drive which he just copied over to my new laptop today - again, great same day service. Thank you Henry!

I brought my custom PC here due to some problems it was having, and Henry was able to troubleshoot it and even offer suggestions to have it run better. When I picked up my computer I noticed that a customer brought a Newegg box full of computer parts, I think its cool that you can buy it and they will build it. This place offers a lot services, and when the time comes to build a new PC I will definitely consider going here for parts and services.

My experience of StarBase Net Company was really excellent. Henry was the person who helped me out picking parts for a new computer. I was surprised at how he managed to build my computer so quickly. He's very knowledgeable and has great service. I would highly recommend this place if you have any computer needs.

This place is great! I just moved here locally. My computer was running extremely slow, it took a long time to boot up and it just wasn't working right. I took it another service previously, and he lost my flies and did not resolve the situation. Then I met Henry at Starbase! He got my computer running better then new, and then helped me recover Final Draft and purchase Norton.
He spent a good hour with me after he fixed my computer to make sure it was running great (I am not a computer tech guy). He made sure I was happy with everything. Henry is VERY customer service oriented. This isn't Best Buy - this is personalized, professional computer service! THANK YOU HENRY! I highly recommend Starbase.

Henry is honestly the best! I cannot recommend this place enough! I brought in my laptop last minute due to a failing monitor/screen and he took the time to run a diagnostic and explain everything that was needed for the fix. He had the parts immediately available and in no time I was out the door with my laptop. Thank you Henry and Starbase for the excellent service and attention to detail!

Henry repaired my desktop with the installation of a new SS drive and completed the installation of WIN 10 from WIN7. Most importantly he was able to transfer most of my programs to the new drive. He then spent time with me to be sure I was happy with the installation. I can certainly recommend his shop.
