TC Computers is a privately owned company located in Cave Junction, OR. We have been serving the Illinois River Valley since July of 1999. We really enjoy the feeling of community that Cave Junction and the surrounding areas provide. Our shop is a member of Comptia (Computing Technology Industry Association) and an authorized A+ training facility. Our lead technician is Microsoft and A+ certified.
Services
We provide service to our local customers either in the shop or at your home or place of business within Josephine and Jackson Counties. We will troubleshoot problems, repair systems and perform upgrades or installations of computer systems. Service calls must be pre-scheduled unless you are covered by a service contract through us in order to prevent an additional $100 charge for same-day service.
TC Computers will build you a computer you will enjoy and can use, now and in the future. We use motherboards which offer stability and upgradability. All of the parts and components we use in our new systems are of high quality and covered under manufacturer warranties as well as our own one-year full parts and labor warranty.
Write down any error messages that are on the screen. Save these messages along with notes about what you were doing immediately before the error occurred. Try shutting down the computer completely and restarting it. This solves an incredible number of problems. Try it early in your troubleshooting.

Nice lady very professional attitude but it's been 4 month and she's still lost part of my computer so valuble to me she won't be able to replace it. AND I paid her 20$ up front to end up with nothing don't but my very very important computer part lost. Still to this day I'm honestly not Happy. Infact I would like my money back I even have a receipt. Nice lady tho. Just over whelmed with work I guess
