The Computer Cafe is friendly neighborhood computer store with a focus on client service. Treating people right, giving them honest advice and courteous service are our hallmarks. We are not a huge, faceless computer conglomerate. But don't let our size fool you. Even though we're tiny, we still provide a huge array of pc-based products and services.

Nice people. I wasn't in there for long but I just went in for a SATA cable and they gave me two for free. I'll be coming here for things more often!

Met by friendly and professional staff who quickly solved my laptop issue. I was initially dissuaded by recent negative reviews, but I did not find any of those described issues in my visit. This place was everything I expect from a computer repair shop. I will definitely return.

I live nearby but ended up driving to a different city just to go somewhere else. They require a $90 "diagnostic deposit" and quoted me double the price that I've paid at competitor shops for the same service. The employee I met seemed generally disinterested in my being there. I struggled getting in the door since it was storming outside and I have a large computer.

The rep at the counter didn't seem busy (the store was empty) but completely ignored me until I had gotten in and situated myself, which took a while. When I came to the counter he wouldn't even make eye contact (I was directly in front of him) when I tried to talk to him and just kept staring at his screen. He also failed to mention the price the service would cost even though I was handing over my computer.

He did mention the $90 deposit, but after I asked specifically about the cost for reinstalling the OS he let me know it was $129. I went elsewhere and paid $69, which is closer to what I've paid before. I'm giving two stars since at least they seem to know their stuff and had an impressive store setup. Still, please do some price comparison to avoid getting ripped off. Obviously, some people have had great experiences here but I can't recommend it.

Not one for reviews, however my experience at this place was just awful. I called ahead to inquire about bringing my computer in and was only told yes bring it by, nothing further. I arrived with my computer (no power cord as I wasn't instructed to do so) and was told there's nothing that could be done without the cord, apparently they didn't have a Mac charging cord on hand.

I mentioned that I had called earlier and wished someone had stated that on the phone. The employee simply closed the computer pushed it towards me and said "have a good day". As I walked out he very loudly said to his co-worker "I love how everything somehow becomes our fault!" Completely unprofessional. Unless you would like to deal with egocentric and disrespectful employees I would not recommend bringing your device to this place.

My macbook laptop wouldn't turn on so after speaking to Justin on the phone, I went in to the shop expecting to leave it there. Justin was extremely helpful and tried to figure out what the cause was right then and there. After resetting the battery my laptop was working again and I was in and out in 10 mins. Such great service and will definitely be using them again!

I did something *really* stupid (left my glass of juice within reach of both my baby and my computer). The Computer Cafe staff were all wonderful when I called in a panic. While they obviously couldn't make any promises about the ultimate fate of my laptop, they were calm, helped explain the process and the options, and were in touch with updates.

My computer ended up being fine, at least for the time being (liquid damage can apparently cause problems down the line sometimes) but I felt SO much better just knowing that my computer, which is a vital tool for my business, was in the best hands possible. That reassurance was priceless. I will absolutely call on Computer Cafe if I find myself in need of help again!

They're honest and as fast as you could expect a computer repair place to be. Repairs are expensive, but there's not really any way around that no matter where you go.

Brought my 3 year old Alienware in for service. It was riddled with viruses, the machine only recognized half of the installed RAM, and the battery was not working well either. It turns out the virus was causing all of these problems and it was fixed for a reasonable price. There is a $25 Yelp coupon when you check-in as of this review writing. They could have charged me a lot more because of my relative ignorance.

The repair took as long as the technician told me but when I picked up my machine they informed me that my machine was dropped during repair but that everything, including the screen had been fixed. I think that kind of honesty is fantastic.

I finally got the hang of their $10/month VIP service and it's a relief to know they can diagnose my system remotely. Great community-minded company and respectful and caring of customers.

The technician was very helpful and concise as to the service that would be provided, and additionally he was willing to have me come in for a consultation in the near future inasmuch as my XP program will soon (if not now) be totally outdated and subject to virus/hack attacks. Thanks to the whole crew!
