I dropped off my laptop for repair but the diagnostic and estimated charges were never made clear to me. When I was told the cost was going to be nearly $200 I declined having the repair done, which included a part. So now I had to pay $50 plus tax for the diagnostic charge. If this had been spelled out clearly in the beginning I would have said no thanks and saved the $50 charge.

The PC Guys are tops My laptop was busted, and they saved me over $400 from buying a new one, by fixing it to like - new condition. Let me put it this way: friendly owners who care about their work, competitive prices, fast turnaround, and independently owned. A LOT more enjoyable than dealing with "the Geeks" at the big box store.

I have used these guys for a year to handle hardware upgrades and complex configuration issues on my desktop machine, which is a very unusual multi-monitor setup. I work from home and this machine has to be available without fail. While I'm an IT professional, sometimes the minutiae of keeping exotic hardware running is beyond my abilities, but nothing has fazed them.
They've done everything I asked of them at fair rates and everything has been ready when they said they would be. They even made a house call for a particularly complex issue and arrived on time and fixed multiple problems within an hour.

The PC Guys did work for my family. My parents aren't very computer savvy and they were having some issues with their computer that they simply couldn't figure out. They reached out to the PC Guys and Kyle went over to take a look. After realizing it wasn't a major repair he charged them an incredibly fair price. It's hard to find trustworthy people to do work these days, most are out to take you to the bank, but these guys have built their business on trust and that is huge.
These guys are like finding an honest car mechanic, except for your computer. I highly recommend them. Now that they have a store, you can literally drop your PC off and go about your business without having to wait around. Thumbs up.

I usually like doing things for myself, but when I recently purchased a LenovoT430 laptop, I was dealing with a new computer and a new operating system, so I decided to go to the professionals to set
it up properly. The PC guys did an incredible job. :Replaced my obsolete programs, transferred all data from my other latop, put in a super fast hard drive, and tuned up the laptop so it runs like an Aston Martin.
They were so accommodating, answering all my amateur questions politely and with great thoroughness. I'm so happy I discovered these guys. You have a computer? You should discover them too.

I was in QUITE a large jam this week, since one of my computer's RAM slots wasn't working and I was running on half, with deadlines rapidly approaching! I would Recommend this place to anyone who really wants a honest business practice with good morals and won't ever over charge you for your computer repairs I personally make a trip all the way From Startford to get there services couldn't truly say anything less than a stellar business establishment!!!

Had a great experience! After having two separate computer repair places look at my laptop and not fix the problem, I decided to try the PC Guys as a last attempt. The day after i dropped off my laptop they called to tell me the keyboard needed replacing, and also suggested upgrading the hard drive-- with no extra labor fee as well! Steve was extremely knowledgeable and also patient in thoroughly explaining my options to me, and why the laptop was worth repairing.
I got my laptop back about a week later and am so happy he encouraged me to upgrade the hard drive. My computer runs even better than when I first got it! Reasonable pricing and the staff is all very friendly-- I highly recommend.
