Two weeks after I dropped off my computer for service with the Geek Squad I got it back with a new screen and hand rest. They said 3 weeks and I got it in.

This store used to be a fantastic place to shop, several years ago. Since that time, a new owner has taken over, raised prices, lowered quality, and fired all the knowledgeable employees. Now they emply salespeople, and techs without any kind of certifications. They only thing they tell you


Poorly informed appliance representatives. They are a big coorporation with high school educated managers that have no ability to really satisfy customers.
