A year or so ago...I brought my MacBook G4 for repair of the monitor. They assured me that they could fix it and they had the part. It took weeks and when I finally got it back it had been taken apart and pieces were just dangling. They had the nerve to return it to me that way with screws

I spilled water on my Mac and the other two shops i called wanted around $800 to fix it without even seeing what was wrong. I ended up having my computer fixed there for $299 (price WITH the new keyboard included). Thank you so very much guys!

Been going there out of habit for many years for good pricing and service but have been increasingly displeased with the customer service. Recently bought some expensive software that was damaged and would not install properly on my system. They absolutely refused to exchange it for a new one

The Apple store has something for everybody. They have a computer for every type of person. I highly recommend. There are no Virus for the Macintosh OS platform at all!

The people I dealt with at this location have been more than helpful, much moreso than any other video game dealer. Yes, Software etc can be a bit more pricey at times, but at least these guys are great to deal with. Thanks to all the great people who have helped me.

First rate! I took my Tosh' in to get the hinges replaced just before Xmas. (The screen flopped down flat and would not stay up) They ordered the parts, and put them in within an hour of the parts arriving. They called my cell and I picked up my repaired machine. 4 days flat over a holiday.

I bought a custom built computer from Dan at the Sacramento Computer store in 2005 and was more than satisfied with the help in setting it up.I later had to bring it into the shop for the removal of a bad virus.Dan did a great job of removing the virus for a very reasonable price.I highly recommend

Hard to find Computer Hardware Distributor, Notebook and Server parts.

Very expensive but not competent. I had them fix my computer, they mad pay for an antivirus saying that the problem is due to a virus and that the antivirus will fix the problem. Guess what I paid for the antivirus but the problem was not fixed

Possibly the worst buying experience that I have had. Unhelpful, lazy staff who are unknowledgeable about their products. I had to beg an Apple Specialist from tbe genius (more like retard) bar to ring up a $200 purchase. Good riddance.

If you buy an ipod nano and it doesn't work within the warranty, you don't get a new one for the replacement. You will only get the reused one for it even if you paid the full price for the nano. Very bad policy. They never tell you that when you buy the ipod. Buyer beware
