Had some serious problems, need my computer for work, no computer no work or money. Good people in the store, the store is back to the orginal owner, he is a great business person. Takes care of the customers needs properly.

Went to the store not knowing what to expect. These guys are GREAT! They didn't talk down to me and knew exactly how to explain things to me without talking over my head! They fixed my computer perfectly and made it run like it was new out of the box! We'll worth the $100 repair! Other stores

I made 2 purchases with this company back in October 2010. Order number 1 was never delivered. Order number 2 was only partially fulfilled and with items I did not order. Repeated requests for RMA have gone unanswered. Repeated requests for order #1 are ignored. The company charged

When you place orders with this company they require a credit card which they process immediately - whether they have the product in stock or not. I have spent months chasing them for what I ordered (VISA processed in October - its now March). Of two seperate orders, one remains unfullfilled.

The driver at access ink and toner dropped off the wrong cartridges to my office. When i called him to let him know, he began yelling and swearing at me and then hung up on me. A few hours later he shows up and throws the toner cartridges on the floor and demands that i pay him another 68 dollars

HAVE TAKEN MANY COMPUTERS THERE IN PAST. ALLWAYS CUOLD DO EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED REGARDLESS OF PROBLEM. IN MY BOOK THEY DESERVE A RATING.

This is one of the worst stores when it comes to customer service. The staff and managers will not help. Return policy is the worst; read the small print letters on the receipt. I will never shop there again!

There is nothing especially great about this Best Buy location. I've found their staff to be both really helpful, and indifferent.They usually have the CDs.
