I believe I talked to Duane. I could be getting the name wrong, but he fixed my problem for free over the phone. My computer wasn't connecting to the internet, and as an online college student, that was a huge problem. He walked me through a few easy steps and my computer connects to the internet again. I will be going here for any future computer problems from now on!

I took my computer to them because it was running extremely slow. They cleaned it up and got the speed back up. He said he was not sure how long the hard drive would keep working. I had him replace it with a solid state 1T hard drive. Like a new computer now and he copied the old hard drive onto the new one. A great job.

Excellent, professional customer service! Duane made sure to explain and get approval for all decisions with me by keeping a good line of communication open as my laptop was repaired. Pricing was practical and I was very impressed with their timeliness. My laptop is running beautifully now. I had a really old Windows PC which I had not used for several years. However, as I prepared for another HS reunion I realized that the old PC had a program and files which I needed. First experience with Computer House Calls. It was an emergency situation for me and they fixed my problem and i got my computer back in 24 hours. Best Buy said 10-14 day and Staples 7 days! Will go here with any future issues.
