There is no better company in the business. The entire staff, from the owners down to the engineers know this business and know how to keep things running smoothly for you. Unfortunately, we all have to protect ourselves from cyber attacks. It is impossible to do this on your own. There are too many changes, and too many people out there who want to steal from you. Data is everything, and without it, many of us could not function within our businesses. CR will give you every possible protection and will monitor your system. You can rely on them for being available and for knowing how to solve ANY problem which may arise.

The best and and they keep their appointments and help you beyond what you need. My computer was disconnected and the service tech even connected it and helped us with a laptop. I am not saying they will do that with everyone but they have the best customer service and prices. I think it was 129 for a home visit but don't hold me to it. Just make sure you have all the computer problems you need to be fixed in line and they will take care of it. Also, tip the guys the help too as well.

*Probably too busy to deal with you* Thought these guys were the solution for my small business. After being told I would receive a call within a day or to. I had to follow up to find out why I never heard back. They apologized and sent someone over to the office within the next few days.and AGAIN they just never followed up. Sorry guys fool me once. Very disappointed.

My computer wouldn't update Windows. I first called a different, closer company who told me on the phone, sight unseen, that all they would do is wipe out the computer and re-install Windows. Not CR! They took a few days, but through a team effort fixed my computer perfectly. I appreciate that they didn't give up. Worth every penny. Great, pleasant service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
