For several years, Garrick and Thomas, have provided excellent service. My last contact with them was probably in June. At that time they were busy restructuring their company to a mobile service. It appears something went awry. They have no internet presence and cannot be reached by phone or email. I hope that should they read this, they will make an effort to reconnect with their old customers and once again provide the kind of service we had come to expect.

Shopped Bestbuy, Staples and Offimax for tech to set up my new HP Windows 10 desktop. Found Garrick at BitWise very personable, helpful with a high degree of experience and technical expertise. He set up my computer, data transfer etc. without a hitch along with timely responses to my questions.the business phone accepts texts! He was very busy with jobs, but did make time for me to even pick my machine after hours when working late if necessary.

Garrick provided top-notch service. I am not the most techy kind of person, and yet he never made me feel like he was talking down to me, nor did he make me feel uncomfortable. He is a good listener, and he educated me in a humble way, about some details of laptops for which I no knowledge. He helped me find a used laptop that would meet my needs, and did not try to up-sell me something more than what I needed.
He offered me the option of upgrading some of the features, which I accepted. I wanted to be done with MS, so I asked if he could install Linux Mint for me, to which he agreed. For a very reasonable price (about 1/2 of what I was expecting), I am getting a great refurbished laptop, that I expect to last for many years. He offers a 1 year warranty on the parts for a computer he refurbishes. BONUS!
He is the best computer repair I have found in Folsom, and I HAVE tried the others. Garrick is extremely professional, delivers on time as promised, and makes working with him a piece of cake. He is just an all around nice human. Check out his business!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this place. I originally went in just to have them take the hard drive out of my computer because I needed to send it off to a very expensive data recovery facility. Garrick is the man, he recovered the data himself saving me hundreds of dollars, and wiped the computer after thus saving me from dealing with the lovely folks at Dell. Awesome place.

I have used BitWise many times and Rob has gone out of his way to make sure that I am completely satisfied.
