Mike has come to my rescue six times since 2015 and I have recommended him to two friends who were very happy they worked with Mike. He helped me set up a new laptop in 2015 which I purchased before I started working with him. Needless to say, I wish I consulted with him prior to making the purchase. I used the laptop sparingly because it was very slow and Mike installed a solid state hard drive and Windows 10 on 8/9//2021.

I love working with the upgraded laptop. I was so pleased that I recommended to my Mother to have her 2014 MacBook air updated as well. She was happy he was able to upgrade her MacBook air. Mike is trust worthy, attentive, kind and the only one I will trust for my computer / technology issues. Also, I have never had any issues with him arriving late or over promising a deliverable. Finally, in addition to helping me with my Dell, he helped me install three ROKU devices in early 2021. I am grateful and appreciate his expertise and the ease of working with him.

I've used Mike twice now to fix issues with my laptop. He responds quickly, is very knowledgeable, explains problems and options for solutions very ckearly ( even to a technically challenged customer like myself), and his prices can't be beat. I HIGHLY recommend him.

My laptop had a screen failure and needed a replacement part during the Covid-19 quarantine. I reached out to Mike and like any sane person, he indicated he is unable to make house calls during a pandemic. He did let me persuade him to drop it off and have a look at his home. Stuck inside all day my laptop has been helping keep boredom at bay, so this was fantastic. Mike was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and order a replacement part. The laptop was ready the day the part arrived, and for a price I don't think can be beaten anywhere. Thanks Mike!

Last week i bought all the parts to make my own high end gaming rig. I was struggling with it to post so i decided to reach out to Mike since he had such wonderful reviews. Let me say this: HE IS AMAZING!. Showed up on time as we agreed, was very quick knowledgeable about all the questions i was asking him. Very personable as well. Overall a great experience! i would encourage anyone looking for a pc guy to reach out to mike. I doubt if there is a more capable, knowledgeable computer repair and maintenance man on the South Shore. Mike will come to your home and fix any computer problems for a reasonable fee...and a pleasant guy to boot. I highly recommend.

Our family can highly recommend South Shore PC Repair for your computer issues. We contacted Mike just 1 week ago after the box store where we purchased our computer only 2 years ago advised us that our hard drive was totally gone and we had no chance of recovery on any of our photos or documents Mike came to our home and evaluated the situation. He did concur that the hard drive was no longer good, but told us he would do his best to recover our lost information. Today, we were pleased to hear that he was successful in the recovery and we could not be happier with his work ethics.

He quoted us a flat fee for the work when he first came and charged us exactly that with no other additional charges. Our computer is like brand new with all our previous programs installed. You will not go wrong calling Mike for your computer repair problems. He is an outstanding young business man!

We had an issue with our home office computer and in panic mode we searched online and found South Shore PC Repair. Mike came out same day to our home office and diagnosed our computer immediately. It turned out our hard drive was beginning to crash. He suggested we replace the hard drive with the new Serial or SATA type vs. the old Parallel type. He took our computer and returned it next day. He was able to save all our data which he transfered onto the new upgraded hard drive, he added an external hard drive for backing up, and he cleaned up our computer from malware and internal dust. Mike is very knowledgeable, fair priced, honest and very professional. We will most definitely use South Shore PC Repair in the future for all our home and business computer needs.

Our computer had literally died. Mike came over and after trying various potential problems determined it was the Motherboard. He looked up online and found us a used one for a relatively cheap price. Ordered it and took our computer home and had it back in a week working like new. While here he also was able to set us up with wireless printing from our devices. Would highly recommend him for quality of work and reasonable prices
