Many thanks to the team at The Computer Doctors of Tampa Bay! They are fast, friendly, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable and effective!! As a small business, FASTSIGNS Carrollwood, we don't have a full time IT person or department. It can be a terrible impact on our productivity when our computers are down for extended lengths of time. We have called upon the team at The Computer Doctors of Tampa Bay and they have come through consistently!
To be clear, we have tried others in the past and have been left disappointed. Not the case with them. It is also important to note that there may be others with similar names/branding....but there is only one The Computer Doctors of Tampa Bay. They are our IT department! Thanks so much!! Got us back up and running!!!

Needed very quick repair for PC. Called Fri pm and they were in my home 9 am Sat. Marc A and his trainee were AAA+++ excellent in every process they did. They backed up all my personal files to my personal external hard drive, then got to work.
Evidently my Win 10 was corrupted so they did a clean re-install from their CD as well as reinstalled software for my printer, Chrome and Email, etc. By noon, my computer was up and running like a champ.
All I had to do was locate my original MS Office installation email after they left. So very happy with their knowledge, abilities, friendliness, willingness to answer questions. This is 1st time I've ever used an individual computer repair company. No more Best Buy Geek Squad for me!! The Computer Doctors are the epitome of fair and professional work ethic.
