Amazing service! I brought my laptop in because it was no longer charging. I would plug in the charger and it was register as charging but not charge. I tried to use my family member's charger because we have the same laptop but it didn't work. I brought it in and explained what was going on. The diagnostic is free unlike other places that want to charge you just for telling you wants wrong. I received a phone call the next day and came in.
He told me he charged it with other stronger battery and I needed a new one. He showed me where to find the exact model type on the charger to buy online but also told me to try my charger again because sometimes it just needs a small boost. Sure enough I'm using my laptop with my charger again. I'm so happy! I started a summer class and I was so worried I was going to need to buy another laptop. Thank you so much!

Windows laptop would not turn on. Tech quickly diagnosed it was the hard drive and repaired it at a reasonable cost. Glad he was able to repair my computer

Had a complete hard drive failure. Laptop Care & PC Repair replaced my hard drive and was able to recover all of my data completely intact. All in a matter of a couple of hours (as promised). Very courteous, very professional and very fair pricing.

Excellent Service! Brought in my Asus Gaming Laptop due to my fans making a lot of noise, and now it's completely fixed. They replaced the fans and redid my Thermal Paste (Thermal Paste brought by me) for a reasonable Price. 5/5 Definitely would recommend!
