A computer was having problems and had no idea what to do. A 30 seocond phone conversation with Chris was all it took to figure out what was going on. (Let us not even talk about how long I was trying to figure it out) Took the computer over to them and in one day they had it back. Now my problems were not major, but still the time was great and the fee was very reasonable as well. Hopefully will not have to see them for a while, but with multiple computers in the house, that is probably wishful thinking. If and when something happens I know who to call to get the job done. Great local business with friendly and professional staff. I would not hesitate to use them again.
