Alex is a super patient person, he answered all of my inane questions. Went far beyond just transferring all of my data. If you are buying a new computer and need your data transferred, bring it all here! The individual service is remarkable and the price beyond reasonable. it cost less than best buy that just does a data dump into one folder.

We had an issue with Windows 10 not booting up on our desktop. We tried everything we could to get it working without getting in over our head as novices. My husband found Cybertek online and after reading the great reviews, we hired Frankie to come out to the house. It was an awesome experience! Not only was it a house call and very reasonably priced, but Frankie was so nice and so patient (it took a while to complete everything on our computer!). Frankie has years of experience and really knows his stuff. We learned a lot from him while he was here. We highly recommend Cybertek!
