Mr. Boas highly recommended a computer to me two years ago which I purchased from him. The computer died but Mr. Boas assumed no responsibility for recommending the computer - in fact, he couldn't believe he had sold me the computer. He explained bluntly that they don't carry this computer line anymore, these things happen, and, with his back to me, told me to choose a better computer next time. Maybe his repair work is good but his customer service has lost him a customer.
